My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I`m LUNA! I will appreciate opportunities to exercise and play in my next home. I would also benefit from a no pull harness, due to my size and strength. I already know how to sit and how to lay down. I`m an eager learner and would blossome working with a reward based certified trainer. When it`s mealtime, I do like my space. A quiet corner to enjoy my kibble, that`s all I ask. I promise, I`m worth it. I`ll fill your home with laughter, energy, and unconditional love. I can`t wait to find my forever family who will appreciate my playful spirit and respect my mealtime boundaries. Adopt me, and let`s create a world full of fun and love together! I come with a complimentary consult with a member of our behavior team to ensure my success in my new forever home!

More about this shelter

We provide compassionate care for nearly 5,000 animals each year. Most of the animals that come to our shelter are either pets relinquished by their owners or stray pets found wandering in the areas we serve. Dogs and cats are the most common, although a wide variety of other animals may be found at the shelter as well, including birds, snakes, fish, hamsters and guinea pigs.
