My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Good Golly Miss Molly is in the process of being adopted **

** Good Golly Miss Molly cannot go home until September 19th after her spay, but you can still come learn more about her! **

Once you see this one of a kind kitty, you'll be saying "Good Golly Miss Molly" too! With her chocolate-coloured fur and slightly crossed eyes, you'll certainly be smitten! But remember; she's more than just a pretty face. Good Golly Miss Molly was brought to the shelter after her previous owner passed away, so would love a stable home environment to call her own. And since she's still young, loves of playtime, kitten-proofing, and supervision will ensure that she grows up safe, smart, and strong! There are so many cuddles and love around the corner once you take Good Golly Miss Molly home!

More about this shelter

CONNECTING LIVES SINCE 1922

From our earliest beginning, Calgary Humane Society was more than a shelter. As Calgary’s first-established animal welfare organization, connecting the lives of animals and people while providing essential animal services to the community remains our central priority.

Today, Calgary Humane Society (CHS) shelters almost 5,000 homeless animals each year. In 1922 we set out to help as many animals as we can and we will continue to do so by fostering the values of respect, compassion, commitment, teamwork, integrity and innovation.

Our mission is to help as many animals as we can.

Our vision is using innovative strategies to lead, inspire, and educate in the humane treatment of companion animals, fostering an enlightened community that consistently demonstrates respect and compassion for all animals.

Our dream is a community where animals are valued, humanely treated, and live enriched lives.

Calgary Humane Society is committed to creating a better tomorrow through education and collaboration.
