Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Circus Peanut was brought to us with his 2 siblings as strays. The person who was caring for them outdoors stated that they were born in April 2024. These three kittens are tons of fun and are very friendly and playful. They get along well with other animals and people and would do great almost any home. They use the litterbox here at the shelter. The adoption fee per kitten is $125 and includes their neuter, microchip, vaccinations and negative felv/fiv tests. Please call 630-553-9256 or email animalcontrol@kendallcountyil.gov, or stop by during our normal open business hours to meet Circus Peanut or his siblings.

Kendall County Animal Control is the county agency responsible for enforcement of the state statutes governing rabies control in domestic companion animals. The State of Illinois requires that all dogs are vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. Compliance with this law is monitored through the issuance of rabies tags for all dogs residing in the county. All dogs are required to wear their rabies tags when off of the owner's property. If a pet is lost, rabies tags also provide an excellent means of identifying your pet.
Kendall County Animal Control also enforces the county's ordinance that prohibits dogs from running at large in unincorporated residential subdivisions, investigates reports of animal bites, and will pick up contained stray dogs in unincorporated Kendall County during operating hours. Stray and owner released cats and dogs may also be brought to the facility during business hours. Cats and dogs are available for adoption at the facility.
