What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Crunch (male) was found by Garfield Park in Grand Rapids, MI. He was very chatty and curious about us but was underweight and anxious from being outside. He quickly warmed up with food, treats, and love. We took him to the vet to check for a chip: the contact hasn't returned communication attempts made over the course of nearly six weeks, so it's believed he was intentionally abandoned. We're unsure of his age but is assumed to be an adolescent - between 6 months and 2 years. Crunch has been an exciting but busy addition to our lives and would be amazing for a person that loves a playful and sweet cat.
Sadly, the lifestyle of travelling frequently for work doesn't allow us to take care of him long term, but he's captured the heart of anyone who's met him. He would be best in a house without other pets but is very calm and patient with kids and toddlers. He loves any toys, getting brushed, and insightful conversations. He responds to "Crunch," "Crunchwrap," "Crunchwrap Supreme."
