Coco may be a bit shy at first, but don't let that fool you! This gentle soul has a heart full of love just waiting to be shared. Here is what his foster mom has to say:
"In less than 24 hours he opened up with tail wagging, bounding around our yard, and cuddling with me. He is a super sweet old boy. He’s mostly chill but enjoys exploring. He has perfect house manners: no accidents, sleeps all night on the bed I made for him, no barking, no begging for food, no aggression at all. He comes immediately when I call him and walks well on a lead. I cannot think of a single reason why he would not be a perfect pet. He is so gentle and loving and just wants a home where he is loved. He interacted with our neighbor’s dogs and was completely chill."

We are a small, open admission shelter on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. We operate a low cost clinic and focus on spay/neuter, vaccine, and wellness visits. We pride ourselves on providing enrichment and quality veteinary care to our animals.
