For The Cats' Sake
They say black cats are bad luck, but DINO and his brother DEWEY have the best luck of them all! DEWEY hopped a ride in one of our volunteer's cars when she was heading to the rescue. This led to the search for other kittens, and we found DINO!
He's very playful and loves to explore. DINO doesn't mind being picked up, but his favorite place to be is on your lap when you're on the couch. He does well with other cats, did fine with a small dog, and is good with people of all ages. He can be adopted with his brother DEWEY, but can also be adopted separately if there's another energetic cat in the home.

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group of at least $80. On average, we spend $200 to cover food, litter, spay/neuter, testing, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care or medicine needed. Adopters donate $80 or more, as they choose, to cover cat's expenses, and help our rescue continue to treat and find homes for more cats. This flexible policy makes it possible for people to adopt more than one cat or multiple barn cats. â¨â¨ CAT EXPENSES:⨠Spay/neuter $75 to $150. â¨Rabies and FVRCP $50. â¨Test for FiV and FeLV $35. â¨Microchip $25 (adopter registers for life for $30) â¨Wellness check at vet $50. â¨Flea treatments and deworming $40. â¨Any additional vet care or medications needed.⨠Food and litter $40 upwards, depending on time of stay.
