Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi! My name is Ridge, and I’m very excited to introduce myself. Lets start with the basics.
-I am 1.5 years old
-15 pounds (could stand to gain a few lbs)
-crate trained. I am a perfect angel in my crate at night but like to bark when I go in during the day
-doing well with house training
-dog friendly
-lover of all people
-I have the sweetest personality out of all the dogs I live with (personal fact of yours truly)
-I do shed and do not require grooming. More money for dog treats. Winning!
My past was not all roses and butterflies. The vets I’ve met recently seem to think my growth was stunted from spending too much time in a crate that was too small for my growing body. My feet suggest I should be a medium size pup. The long term effect…Long legs, biggish feet and a cute little body. I’m simply hard to resist.
Even more irresistible than my feet are my eyes. Talk about the window to my soul. Stare into them and you’ll see the deepest thoughts that run through my mind…treats, walks, food, chasing frogs, snuggles, car rides, eating ice cubes, pets, more treats, playing, meal time, more snuggles, love, more love and even more adoring love.

Additional adoption info
The apps are submitted and intensely screened for general approval by a phone interview and vet check. Once approved it is sent to the foster to see if it is a match for their foster dog where another interview takes place. If both agree it seems like a good fit. A meet is scheduled where the whole potential family and any current pets meet the foster and foster dog. A home check is done. Then once both agree it is in fact a good fit, they will sign a contract, pay a fee and take the dog home that day if the foster likes, or the next day so both parties can sleep on it to make sure it's right.

We are 100% volunteer run rescue saving dogs from high kill shelters throughout the state of Georgia. We do not discriminate breeds, health concerns, injury, illness or surgical need. We save all ages, sizes, breeds, etc. Once saved - they are sent straight to the vet to be fully examined, have any health concerns addressed and cleared and then sent to the foster home for evaluation. Once evaluated, we come up with a bio to determine their best fit for a forever home.
