Meet Empanada (known affectionately by her foster parents as "Chi-Chi", she is a sweet little 11lb chihuahua who loves her humans. She does better with women over than men, so being adopted to a female is recommended. A home with a patient man who understands it will take time to trust would be considered. She loves to lay in bed with her humans but also loves to play with her foster siblings. She is good with dogs of all size, but would recommend a home without cats as she does chase. She is working on perfecting her potty training and crate training. Emmy is heartworm positive and will be going through treatments in Lansing, MI and will be heartworm free in a few months.
