My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cookie is a 4yr old female who landed in an Oregon shelter as a stray. The owner was contacted and opted not to pick her up. We can't figure out why because she is a beautiful, sweet girl. She currently weighs 35lbs (should be closer to 40lbs at ideal weight) and her coat is not in great condition but she is now a Pei People gal and will be getting excellent care from here on out.

Cookie is spayed, UTD on vaccines and fostering in Oregon City, OR. We will post more about her as we continue to get to know her.

We require an adoption questionnaire (found online at www.PeiPeople.com) from all prospective adopters as well an an adoption contract , home visit and a reasonable adoption fee. We do not have any "free" animals.

Any pets that are not already neutered upon rescue will be neutered before placement into homes, unless a medical condition prohibits surgery.
