My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.

I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some canine body language together!

A Volunteer Wrote: This dear, loving boy is named after the Greek hero famous for slaying monsters, but the only thing this white eyelashed-love is going to conquer is your heart. We are in love, and for all the right reasons: he's gentle, he's kind, and he's serene no matter the circumstances (even sleeping in his kennel while dogs are barking), regardless of who he meets and what's happening. On one outing, he climbed into my lap, crossed his paws, and just gazed at the world going by. On others, he does the same, minus the paw crossing--this boy loves a lap! Other volunteers praise him as a "sweet boy who loves affection," but that is unrivaled by the affection he gives. Perseus is ready to be the hero of your life, if you would please also be his. He is so deserving!
