Meet Max, a delightful and adorable six-year-old beagle with a frosty face and a heart full of love. Weighing in at just 21 pounds, Max was found as a stray in South Carolina before making his way to Connecticut, where he’s been soaking up affection and charm from his new foster family.
This sweet boy is a master of cuddles and gentle kisses. Max adores getting pets and will melt your heart with his loving hugs. He’s very polite around food and treats and is currently honing his skills with some basic commands. Max is housetrained, walks beautifully on a leash, and, true to his beagle nature, enjoys following his nose on little adventures.
Max has a playful side, too, with some charming afternoon zoomies that add a bit of excitement to his otherwise mellow demeanor. He’s great with other dogs and is currently in foster with another beagle, who he adores. Max is also adjusting well to his feline housemates, although showing some curiosity. He has also shown to get along well with babies, demonstrating his gentle and patient nature.
A fenced yard would be Max’s dream come true, giving him the freedom to explore safely and enjoy the outdoors. With his loving and calm personality, Max is ready to bring endless joy and companionship to a lucky family. If you’re looking for a sweet and affectionate beagle to brighten your days, Max is your guy!
His adoption fee is $400 and Max is vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered. If you are interested in this cutie, please complete the application at form.jotform.com/200883908893166. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.
