My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dunkin

What a rare find our gorgeous 6 month old fawn Abyssinian named Dunkin ! Dunkin’s foster says he’s quite the character and so full of personality. He loves string  toys, churos, and playing with his humans hand. Also one of his favorite pastimes  is sneak attacks on his siblings and he most recently learned how to make biscuits and as quickly becoming quite the expert! Dunin has been introduced to large respectful dogs and hasn’t had any issues so far. He also is very accustomed to multiple cats in his world  and would do best with a buddy to live his life with. Dunkin will need time to adjust in a new home and only older children and adults should be considered for his new family as he’s somewhat uncomfortable being picked up too much . This beautiful boy is a must see in person.

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered, are tested for either heartworm or FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped. The Vallejo location only handles cats.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
