Tejon is about 3 years old. He was found on July 27, 2022 in the street (around 6mths) and was deemed too big and energetic to be left at the shelter. He needs an active owner that can spend his energy and give him lots of attention. He isn't housetrained so fully inside is not recommended. He can be chill he just needs consistency. He has been good with other big young dogs as they make good play partners. If a dog barks at him aggressively in the street, he does become tense, but he has just walked away with me before. Not the best with smaller/older dogs or (our dogs) kids because when he is really excited, he forgets about his size. He is better at it now, but it still needs work. Luckily, he doesn't jump on people. He can sit and is very food driven but not aggressive with food or food bowls. He likes water and has a big tub to sit/lay in. Consistent exercise/attention is very important for him. He is a young dog in a house full of senior dogs. He needs someone at his level.
