My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

is one of 3 puppies born mid June 2024. They all have had 2 DHPP vaccines given by our vet and fecals. All will be neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. We do not have any idea what these puppies are other than a shah tzu mix. These puppies are Pre-adoption only as vet work needs to be completed.

If you are interested in meeting any of these puppies, you must complete an adoption application at www.alcovypet.org and you must have a prior satisfactory veterinary reference to adopt. We do not ship out of state. We are a rescue not dog breeders.
All puppies are black with white.

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application which must include a vet reference (A vet's name and number that you have used for current/past pets.), and if approved, then a signed adoption contract agreeing to care for your new pet. A home visit check may be required. Adoption fees vary and each pet has their fee listed on our website. An ADOPTION APPLICATION can be submitted online at www.alcovypet.com. Applications will not be considered without a vet reference.

More about this rescue

We formed Alcovy Pet Rescue, Inc. in GA in 2005 and operate as a 501c3 non-profit rescue. We are also licensed by the Ga Dept. of Agriculture. We are a group of volunteers who have united together for the sole purpose of saving homeless, unwanted and abused animals. All animals are examined by our veterinarians and given all their vaccines including rabies along with tag and certification. All our animals will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They will also be tested and/or treated for heartworms and microchipped.
