Meet Starbucks! ☕🐾

Born on August 7th, 2024, Starbucks is the tiny but mighty star of his litter! He comes from a loving family who unexpectedly found themselves with too many hamsters, including him. We stepped in when Starbucks and his siblings were just newborns, bringing them and their amazing mama, Tea Leaf, to the rescue to ensure they had all the support they needed.

Starbucks may be small, but he's full of spunk and personality! He's still learning to trust humans, but he's showing all the right signs of becoming an affectionate, tame little guy. Starbucks is quick on his feet and ready to explore, but he's also handleable and curious about new adventures. Whether you’re looking for a solo companion or a hamster buddy with his siblings, Starbucks is ready to add some extra sweetness to your life. Could you be his forever family? 🌟

Our adoption requirements are (1) cage that meets or exceeds 450 square inches for dwarf hamsters and 600 square inches for Syrian hamsters (2) safe and appropriately sized wheel. Solid running surface; 8" for dwarves, 12" for Syrian hamsters (3) nutritious food. We recommend Mazuri/Higgin's Sunburst

We are Snow White's Rescue Cottage, a rescue for dwarf hamsters located in Camarillo, CA. We pull hamsters from local owners as well as LA County Shelters, and we typically have over 100 hamsters!
