CHIP IS READY TO JOIN HIS FOREVER HOME!
This sweet 3 month old mixed breed puppy and his brother Dale are just too cute! Their mom is a 12lb chihuahua/terrier mix, and dad is unknown. We think they'll be under 25lb as adults. Chip is initially shy, but he will quickly warm up and become your little shadow! He sleeps well at night in the puppy pen with his brother, and his foster mom says he’s doing amazingly with potty training! Chip loves the other dogs in his foster home, especially those closest to his size (he’s still a little nervous around the larger pups). He’ll also likely be fine sharing a space with cats. Chip loves to be held and snuggled by his people. His ideal family would be experienced dog owners, with kids age 10+ or adults only. Chip is so loving and will make a wonderful addition to a home that is patient and willing to give him a little time to get used to his surroundings and who will also continue to socialize him! Project Precious has an ever changing group of adoptable dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, please check in frequently to see if your forever friend is waiting for you!

If you are interested in adopting a Project Precious pet, please email ProjectPreciousRescue@gmail.com OR ProjectPreciousRescue2@gmail.com for an adoption application. After receiving your filled out application, we will screen your information and determine if we have a pet that is a good fit for you. There will then be a introduction and home visit, and if all goes well, an adoption contract and fee. When submitting an application, please bear in mind that we do this on our own time in addition to working paying jobs, so it may take a couple of days to get a response. Our adoption fees vary depending on age and type of animal (dog or cat).

Project Precious Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 registered non-profit organization dedicated to animal rescue.

We are a small scale rescue based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our animals are placed in carefully screened foster homes while they are waiting to find their forever homes - we do not have a facility/shelter.

The mission of PPR is to rescue adoptable animals who may otherwise face homelessness or death, and find them loving forever homes. Our goal is to provide the best veterinary care, and we strive to place our animals in carefully screened homes that best match their needs. We rely solely on donations, and do not profit from our work. We rescue on our terms - dogs and cats, and do not discriminate against age/breed. PPR believes every animal deserves a second chance!
