My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Myrtle: Your Perfect Lap Cat!**

Looking for a loyal and loving companion? Myrtle might be the perfect match! Myrtle struggles to show her best self in the shelter but a wonderful foster home has provided us with so much more information about her.

This adorable cat thrives on human affection and will happily snuggle in your lap, purring away the day. Once comfortable, she’s an affectionate `Velcro kitty` who loves attention and will brighten your home with her endearing squeaky meows when she wants food or cuddles.

Myrtle enjoys wand toys (her favorite is the classic worm-on-a-string!) and loves her cozy spots like a cat bed or tower. She’s also fully litter box trained and a polite eater who enjoys Purina Gentle, Purina Salmon, and a variety of wet foods.

This lovely lady needs a pet-free home where she can soak up all the love and attention. Though she’s a bit anxious in new environments, with patience and kindness, Myrtle blossoms into an incredibly loyal and sweet companion.

If you’re ready to welcome a one-and-only kitty who adores people, Myrtle is waiting to meet you!
