My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This perfect girl is none other than our sweet Phoebe. Phoebe was brought to us as a stray in early August and has been warming the hearts of staff and volunteers ever since!

Unfortunately, due to a condition of her eyes called entropion never been treated until she got to HARP, Phoebe has very limited eye sight. But her poor vision does not stop her from being the most friendly girl in town! She loves going for walks and does wonderfully on leash!

Since she was a stray, we're not sure how she would do living with other animals or small children, but our staff would be happy to provide you with information on proper introductions, so everyone is set up for success!

If this perfect girl looks like she could be the one for you, stop by today to adopt Phoebe!
