This sweet girl is as pretty as a Flower 🌸 she is a 4 month old rat terrier mix with the best ears!! Flower is sweet, funny, active and outgoing. She loves everyone she meets and is always ready for fun. She has a smile that will light up the whole room. Flower gets along great with other dogs and would have a blast in a home with other dogs. She is wonderful with everyone she meets, she will lean into you for extra snuggles,smile then cover you with kisses. Flower will bring joy happiness and a dash of silliness to any home.

Flower is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Review application, set time for phone interview

Vet references and personal references verified, verify home ownership or rental and ability to adopt

Home Check

Virtual or in person

4.
Approve Application

Send out approval with information on canine, need to electronically sign. Adoption agreement. Review all aspects of the adoption agreeement

Pay Fee

Adoption donation accepted, welcome letter emailed with educational information to welcome your new dog home. Transport arranged

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters receive all vetting documentation and a welcome home goodie bag for new fur friend

Northbound Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting primarily independent rescuers in rural North Western Mississippi. With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
