My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Toyota Corolla is currently in our shelter, and she is available for adoption. Email applications@chicagocaninerescue.org to set up a meet + greet! **

Toyota Corolla is a sweet and mellow puppy who brings a sense of calm to any environment. While she has her playful moments, she's equally content to relax and enjoy some quiet time with her favorite humans. With her gentle demeanor, she loves to lounge around, soaking up affection and snuggling close for some cozy downtime.

In the shelter, Toyota Corolla is adapting beautifully, showing her friendly nature while also appreciating peaceful moments. She enjoys leisurely walks, where she can take in the sights and smells at her own pace, and is always happy to make new friends along the way. Her calm personality makes her a wonderful companion, perfect for those looking for a pup who can balance playtime with relaxation.

More about this shelter

CCRF was founded in 2001 to help find permanent, loving homes for homeless dogs in our city. In just over seven years, CCRF has saved the lives of over 2,000 dogs, cats, kittens and puppies.

CCRF now assists the animals that are the MOST vulnerable in Midwest - the dogs and cats that are slated for euthanasia because they are too old, too young, injured, have disabilities, or have simply been overlooked for too long by potential adopters at other shelters.
