Meet Tucker, Tucker looks like a German Shepherd Corgi mix lol, around 2 years old and he is just adorable. Tucker lived in Nottoway County, but he was abandoned outside of our facility 8-26-24, luckily the cameras have led us to find the owners and charges are filled. He was let loose around 1:30pm and found at 7 that night, thank goodness he did not get hurt in that time frame. After further investigation we have learned that Tucker does have a bite history, the Friday before he was abandoned, he did bite a child on the back end, we were informed that he loves to play with water and the child was playing with him with a water gun and he attempted to jump up and bite the water gun and got the child instead. With him having this bite history on a child, we fill it is best to find him a home with no kids in the home. Tucker is nervous when he meets new people, but he does open up quickly. He is pending a dog test to see how he will do, and he would do best in a home with no cats.
