This helps Rescue Row with pet care costs.
Loki is thriving in his foster home and has quickly become his foster mom’s little shadow! Here's what she has to say about this adorable boy: “Loki is always by my side. He follows me everywhere, and the moment I sit down on the couch, he’s right there on my lap, ready for snuggles. He is definitely more timid around men, and his first reaction is to bark and run away. Loki has discovered toys and loves engaging in playful chases with the other dogs in the backyard. He does the cutest little hops as he zips around, proud as can be when no one can catch him—he's fast! He is potty trained and kennel trained!” Loki is a 1 1/2 year old Dachshund weighing 9 lbs. We are now accepting applications for adoption at www.rescuerowinc.org
*Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours.
*You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck
*Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row):
Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee
Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee
Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs.
