This helps Rescue Me Georgia, INC with pet care costs.
Fun and playful Malaki, or Mali as his foster mom calls him, is a walking example of being in the right place at the right time!
Mali was adopted from a metro area shelter and then returned to that same shelter not long after. But not just returned - dumped. His adopter couldn’t even be bothered to talk to staff or give them any information on why his adoption wasn’t working. They just opened the front door, let him loose in the lobby, and then quickly left. Imagine the chaos and confusion that caused! And poor Malaki left with no idea what was going on! Later that same day, we just happened to go to that same shelter and saw Mali still in the lobby in a crate - there just hadn’t been time to get him settled into the back yet. Once we heard his story and what a rough day he had already had, we decided he deserved to end the day on a high note and loaded him up with the other dog we had gone to pick up!
Malaki is around 2 years old and just an all around great guy! He’s super playful and has just been having the best time playing with all of his new friends. Crate trained, social, loving, playful….he’s the complete package!
