Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Considering adopting? The first step is to complete our online Adoption Application at http://forgetmenotshelter.org/Application
Please do not call the shelter; do the application first.
Introducing the Tractor Litter. These five frisky felines feature a variety of tabby and white patterns, making each just a little bit unique. These super friendly and well adjusted kittens, born 7/10/24, came in at just 4 1/2 weeks old, part of a feral colony on which we did Trap-Neuter-Return. They've spent the last several weeks growing and learning all about how to cat, with tons of attention and playtime from our staff and volunteers. These cuties are now READY to move into forever homes!
In this group are:
MASSEY (male, dark tabby, no white, spotted belly, long tail, blue collar in video) - ADOPTED
JOHN DEERE (male, dark target tabby, no white, short kinked tail, green collar in video)
KUBOTA (female, lighter mackerel tabby, white feet/muzzle/chest/throat, long tail, pink nose pad, brown collar in video)
FERGUSON (male, dark tabby body, light tabby face, white feet/muzzle/chest/throat, short kinked tail, yellow collar in video) - ADOPTED
KIOTI (female, dark tabby, white feet/muzzle/chest/throat, extra tan/black tabby stripes on L front foot, long tail, red collar in video)
These confident kitties should fit in beautifully with children and/or other pets.
We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."
All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee is a suggested minimum of $65 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
