Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Freddy in 2020 as a kitten along with his sister. He is 4 years young. He is declawed in the front and is also Neutered. If I were to describe Freddy - I would say he is definitely a curious cat and can hold his own. We have a chihuahua -who likes to be the dominate in the house. We also have another cat - who Freddy likes to pick on - hence the behavior issue. Overall he is an awesome cat - so loving and friendly to anyone who comes into the house. Fred would do well in any type of home where he is going to get belly scratches and be loved.
