My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anyone who says Man’s Best Friend is a dog clearly hasn’t met me! Hey, I’m Howie and if you bring me home, I promise I will be your new best friend!

I’m a 4 month old brown tabby boy. Just one look at my cute little face and I will have you under my spell, but if you lean in, I’ll even give you a little kiss to show you how much I love you! I have a big appetite for everything. I will be right by your side as soon as you crack open a can of food and I love a churu treat, but I also have a big appetite for fun! Pull out a wand toy, toy mouse or laser and watch me go! I love to run, jump and chase anything and everything, especially if my sister, Honey, is part of the fun.

The humans like to call Honey my “sissy” but she’s a little smaller than me so I like to think of her as my little squirt of a sister. She and I have the best time chasing each other around or just keeping each other company and I would love it if you wanted us both!

As much as I love to run and play, I do love to curl up with my humans and take a rest. I will crawl right up on your lap or lay down beside you and roll over so you can see my beautiful spotted belly. I love my humans though so if they don’t have time to sit around with me, I am happy to follow them around while they do their everyday activities. My tiny little meows get their attention so I can get a few extra pets, belly rubs or if I’m really lucky they will scoop me up in their arms and nuzzle me. I just love to be nuzzled and held like a baby!

I hope you want to be my new best friend as much as I want to be yours! ! I’m happy to live with adults, kids and I would really like to have another cat around to play with especially if it was my sister, Honey.

More about this rescue

Feral Fixers is dedicated to the Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) of feral cats within DuPage county. As part of our mission, we also rescue friendly cats and kittens that have been abandoned outside. We socialize and provide medical care to these kitties in our foster homes, and then make them available for adoption.
