My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Whisper is just the sweetest, little dog ever! She's friendly, playful, and polite. At almost 8-months-old and 30 lbs., we think Whisper will stay petite, so she'd be easy to add to any size home or yard. And she's dog friendly, so she'd make a great sidekick too! Whisper looks to be at least part border collie, but her short snout and small size tell us she's mixed with something else. No matter her breed, she's a very good girl and will make a great companion to anyone lucky enough to adopt her!
The adoption fee is $50 and before Whisper leaves the shelter, she will be spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines.

The fee for adoption is $50, cash only. We have many great pets available for adoption at our shelter and during our offsite adoption events. There is no resident location requirement to adopt a pet from us. We have a friendly staff that will assist you in locating a compatible pet for your home and family. Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
