My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The most shy to start of this litter of 3. Very playful and very loving. Plays very rough with his siblings, Gabby and Gabe - they enjoy pretending to be WWE superstars. But he is then the most loving of the three with his foster parents and has been deemed “the love bug”. He’s seen the adult resident cats in his foster home, and recently decided to pick a fight with one of the adult cats. Gideon has not been introduced to dogs.

More about this rescue

We have created a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to eliminating cruelty, abuse and the overpopulation of animals. The Humane Society is committed to creating the awareness of animal rights throughout the Romeoville community by providing numerous animal welfare programs, including pet adoptions, humane education and cruelty investigations. ALL animals available for adoption are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, fecal tested, fiv/felv tested (cats only), heartworm tested (dogs only) and microchipped. It is the policy of the Romeoville Humane Society to spay or neuter all animals in its care in an effort to reduce the homeless pet population.
