My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Due to the overpopulation, Max is being fostered in South Florida. We are ready with transport to bring him to his forever family. Max is a four year-old Birman gray tabby mix whose owner has fallen on hard times, forced to live with family who is allergic. Back when he was a baby, he was found caught in the insulation of the home. He had chewed off part of his foot and had to have it amputated. They adopted him from there and he's lived with the back nub ever since. Probably doesn't even realize anything is missing. He is happy, healthy, and ready for a new family to love. Max is a neutered male, current on all vaccinations and microchipped. If fostering, we will provide everything for you (food, supplies, travel, etc), all you need is love and shelter. It is a lonely time and he is just the one to fill your heart and home by brightening your every waking moment!

More about this rescue

We are dedicated to pet adoption and uniting domestic animals with appropriate and responsible owners who will provide shelter and care for the life of the pet. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home animals who were previously abandoned, surrendered, unwanted or injured. This includes investigation, research, safe transport, humane trapping, providing short- and long-term foster care, sufficient nutrition, preventive and medical attention, and any other forms of necessity that a reasonable and responsible veterinarian recommends to provide and maintain high quality of life for the pet. The adoption process is thorough yet linear to ensure the pet will be placed in a safe and loving environment with a family that is physically, emotionally, and financially equipped to provide the necessary care he or she needs to live the happy and safe healthy live he or she deserves.
