Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Coco and Chanel are bonded sisters searching for their forever home. Adopted six years ago, they have sadly lost both their owners and have been in foster care for over a year without any adoption inquiries.
This unique duo is overflowing with love and companionship to offer. While they would thrive in a home where they can be the stars, they're also open to sharing their space with a few calm cats or dogs. They cherish their human connections and love to chat-Coco has a demanding, energetic voice, while Chanel's is sweet and gentle.
Coco loves to snuggle under the covers, and Chanel prefers to curl up right at your feet. Chanel enjoys being brushed and is always up for a snuggle session. A fun fact about Coco: her favorite song is "Who Let The Dogs Out." It was her human's ringtone, and she lights up every time she hears it!
We hope to find this lovely pair their final forever home, where they can be pampered and cherished. Let's make their dreams come true!

More about this rescue
Welcome to Love Me True Rescue. This rescue began out of my overwhelming love of animals. From injured birds to stray dogs, growing up I always felt compelled to save animals in need. While living up north, I had the opportunity to volunteer at a local shelter. I met many sweet animals who ended up being euthanized for lack of space or for being deemed "unadoptable". One dog in particular who broke my heart, was Penny. She was a boxer mix and one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. After being returned to the shelter twice for fear aggression she was put to sleep. I wasn't able to save her life, but I knew this was my calling, and I vowed to save others like my Penny. By the grace of God (and wonderful donors and volunteers) I have been able to start this rescue, knowing I have been equipped to help these homeless and unwanted cats. This rescue's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find safe forever homes for kittens and cats who would be euthanized or abandoned. I thank you for your support and love. This is for you, Penny!
God Bless,
Lisa Di Donato
