My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is 6-7 years old. He's a Greater Swiss mountain dog × German Shepard and he's the happiest dog I've ever met. He will always greet you with a waggy tail and Tigger like leaps. He does not jump on you. He just leaps for joy at you being home.
He has a short easy to care for coat that does not matt. He loves to swim in either pool or lake. He has not lived with any animals besides another dog of equal size. Max worries so he has a supply of anxiety medication that will go with him. He takes his medication pill pods.
Max was adopted from Stockton Animal Control during covid, he was an owner surrender. It was clear Max had spent all of his time in a kennel as he had little muscle and less coordination. . Now with many trips to the dog park and lake, Max loves to move and swim. He's been learning to SUP Board and Kayak. Max's owner can no longer provide a home for themselves or Max. Max comes with his indoor kennel and an outdoor Igloo, if his new home wants them.
