Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Burke! I would love to find a home with my best friend, Thora. Unfortunately for us, this is the third time we have found ourselves in the shelter. The first time, Thora and I were in very bad shape and were so malnourished we could hardly stand and walk. We have been able to live in a home for the past six years, but through no fault of our own find ourselves at the shelter once again as senior pup. Despite our age, we are still active and fun-seeking! We love to spend time with each other, but we love spending time with people even more. We have shown interest in other dogs and enjoy our time during play groups! We know that two dogs can be a handful, but we promise to make it worth it! We have lived in a home previously with children and have done well with them.

Kittens under 4 months -- $100 for one, $150 for two
Cats over 4 months -- $75 for one, $100 for two
Puppies under 4 months -- $125
Dogs over 4 months-- $100
Rabbits -- $50 for one, $80 for two
Guinea Pigs -- $15 for one, $25 for two
Rats - $8.00 for one (only if you have an existing rat), $10 for two, $50 for family with cage

The main caregiver and an adult in the family are required to be present and meet the animal to adopt. An application and signed contract is required, and homeownership or verification from a landlord that the pet is allowed is required. Dog adoptions require an introduction to all members of the family as well as any existing dogs.
