Meet KIRBY

KIRBY is a 21 lb, male yorkie mix that we feel is about 3 years old. He was picked up as a stray? and not claimed. Terriers are a very confident, head strong breed yet KIRBY has proven to be very fun and easy to be around. He's in a great foster home at this time so we're getting to know him better every day. Biggest surprise so far? The younger shih tzu in the house is calling all the shots and Kirby is very respectful of the boundaries. The foster is also working on leash, crate and housetraining skills.

KIRBY should be a great companion for many different family types. He is plenty perky enoughfor a family with children and has never offered to nip at anything. His coat is very low shedding and other than an occassionl trim, its very easy to maintain. The scruffy look? It's kind of hard not to fall in love with.
