My name is Ayva!

Ayva is a rare find in the rescue world! She absolutely excels with children, including those with special needs. She is gentle and patient and absolutely loves time with kids. She gets along great with other dogs and would love to have another one to play with in her home as she does have plenty of energy.
She requires a fenced yard, otherwise she is rounding up the neighborhood, dogs and kids to play with, lol. This is the kind of dog that could live in a young neighborhood full of families and other dogs and absolutely excel. She is 45 pounds and completely vetted. She came into rescue because the home she lived in, did not have a fence and those who were taking care of her moved out and those left behind could not keep up with her needs for play and outdoor fun. She has lived with cats that liked to stalk her and create a play environment so she is now used to playing with and chasing cats.
