Meet Snowball O'Brien! Snowball and his littermates were born estimated on St. Paddy's day, and were turned into the county shelter. Due to amazing luck of the Irish, A Kitten Place rescued them when they were just a few days, and have since been learning how to be loved. Snowball stands out from his Mother and brothers, as all the others were either solid black, or with a tiny bit of white, and Snowball is total opposite, but is quite the handsome boy, and stands out in personality as well!
Snowball loves to play with any kind of toy, from a wand with feathers, to toy mice, to his brothers or his favorite humans! But when all is done, they curl up together for a nap. Snowball's favorite daily activities include securing the most coveted spot on the cat tower, and watching those birds, squirrels and lizards that tease him out the window. They have discovered the joy of curling up with their favorite human to go to sleep.
Snowball is a bonded pair with his brother Coal. They are both sweet as can be, very friendly, loves making biscuits and purrs all the time! Snowball is the leader of the litter, the brave one, the first to check something new out, and let the others know all is good! Snowball is always on the go, running around, playing with his brothers. Snowball loves to eat, and always makes sure to clean the bowls, leaving no drops of food behind.
Coal and Snowball are looking for their forever homes, where the love is endless and toys are plentiful. They have not been spent time with other animals, but have seen the resident cats at the foster home, and not paid much attention to them.
While you may have only had one in mind, nobody EVER regrets getting two… it's double the fun and double the cuteness! Cats that come in pairs tend to be healthier and live longer than single cats because they often get more exercise (keeping their heart healthy and reducing stress). Being in a whole new environment can be really scary for a single kitten, but having a trusted friend with them can make the transition so much easier! Adopting a pair of kittens also ensures they amuse each other instead of going off and finding other mischief to entertain them (your toilet paper still in the roll will thank you). They will also groom each other to help get those hard to reach areas. More than anything, though, by adopting a pair you are saving another life!
