My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thor is a 5 year old (born 3/30/2019) very sweet boy. Being named after a superhero, his super powers consist of being able to sleep several hours a day and thoroughly enjoy cat nip toys for extensive periods of time. He is front declawed.

Thor will hide when visitors arrive but once he knows he is in a safe place, he will happily spend time with his human family members. In his previous home, he slept at night with the teenage daughter and would appreciate doing so with you as well if you allow. During the day he is often independent and busy exploring or sleeping but at night, he becomes a lap cat and will enjoy watching a good movie with you while you’re relaxing.

He enjoys being brushed which will be a good bonding opportunity for his new family and he also is a master “biscuit maker” with his kneading skills. Unlike many cats, he seems to enjoy being picked up. His favorite toys are ones with catnip to enhance his super powers of being a loving, playful boy.

Thor has done well with children as long as they understand cat boundaries. In his previous home, he lived with two small dogs and his cat litter mate brother Loki. While he would be just fine going to a new home with Loki, he would prefer a home without dogs as he prefers that they don’t bother him. He does not have to be adopted with Loki but they have been together their entire lives and get along well for someone who can open their home and heart to two sweet, playful, loving boys.

Ask us about Thor today! You won’t regret it.
