My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scram’s Adoption Story:

Meet Scram, a playful and affectionate 5-month-old kitten who's ready to find his forever home! With boundless energy and a heart full of love, Scram is the kind of kitten who will instantly brighten your home and make you laugh every day.

Scram loves to play, whether it’s chasing toys, darting around the room, or engaging in acrobatic leaps from cat towers. He’s also very social and gets along wonderfully with other pets, always eager to make a new friend. After a fun-filled play session, Scram’s sweet side shines through. He enjoys cuddling with his people, curling up in a lap, and purring himself to sleep.

He’s the perfect companion for an active household that has other pets or for anyone looking for a playful kitten with a loving heart. If you're looking for a kitten with a big personality and an even bigger capacity for love, Scram is the one for you.

Give Scram a chance, and we promise he’ll fill your home with joy, laughter, and lots of snuggles. Come meet him today and see why this little guy will make the perfect addition to your family!

More about this rescue

Founded in 2020, Friends of Felines Rescue initially began in Rio Linda and now proudly serves both Rio Linda and its surrounding areas. Our mission is simple: to tackle cat overpopulation while supporting local communities. We're all about nurturing and protecting our furry friends by providing loving foster homes for orphaned, sick, and injured cats until they're healthy and ready for their forever homes. We're big advocates for spaying and neutering, not just for our beloved pets but also for our community cat colonies. As a volunteer-driven nonprofit, we're dedicated to the art of Trap-Neuter-Return, lending a helping paw by providing free training on trapping, traps for those in need, and information on low-cost surgeries. We rescue kittens and friendly strays, prepping them for loving families. Our aim? Spreading love and care for our cat friends!
