My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Marcie – A Gentle Girl Looking for Her Forever Home

Marcie is a sweet, senior dog who deserves nothing more than a loving home where she can relax and feel safe. After a life filled with challenges, she’s ready for a fresh start. Marcie is a calm and gentle soul who would make the perfect companion for someone looking for a low-key, loving friend.

Marcie would thrive in a quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and enjoy peaceful days. She’s great with people and other dogs, making her a wonderful addition to any home that values kindness and companionship. However, due to her age and gentle nature, she would do best in a home without small children.

Marcie’s Ideal Home:

  • A quiet, calm environment where she can feel safe
  • A family or individual who will appreciate her gentle nature
  • No homes with small children
  • Someone who will give her the love and care she’s long deserved

If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion, Marcie could be the one for you. She’s ready to live out her golden years in comfort and peace—could that be with you?

More about this rescue

We bring in the senior dogs and medically needy dogs.
We are a small rescue making a difference in the world. No dog deserves to dumped in a shelter after giving their entire life to a family.

I had locked myself away from the world back in 2010. I saw this tiny ShihTzu on the news that had been saved from a puppy mill bust. I adopted Princess Reagan Marie and she saved my life. I wanted to help other dogs so I started fostering. In May 2021 I open my rescue.
