My name is Butterball!

Meet Butterball. The owner of two cats was going into an assisted living facility and urgently needed a place for his cats to go, we were there to take these two fluff balls in and upon opening their abnormally heavy cat carriers, we found two chunky cats. We don't even now how this girl was able to fit in there! They didn't have names of their own so we decided to name them Big Mack and Butterball. Butterball was about 8 lbs overweight which is A LOT for a cat. She also had pretty severe matting on her back from being unable to groom herself. Her checkup with the vet went well, bloodwork looked good and we set up a little weight loss plan for her. Butterball currently has a spot on our manager's desk where she can hide, gets lots of cuddles, and she gets to explore(and burn some calories) at night when things are quiet. So far, she has lost 2 lbs! Big Mack was not too far overweight got adopted by a very loving family quickly after a quick vet check. He is now loving life!
