Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Olaf and I'm an almost 6 year-old (5 years and 10 months to be exact) pit bull/boxer mix. Mom says I'm neutered and am up-to-date on all of my vaccinations. I'm also heartworm negative (whatever that means). One of my favorite activities is playing fetch with my little people. I let them have the ball sometimes but I never let them win at my other favorite game, tug-of-war. Another favorite activity of mine is cuddling with my people (or anyone), especially when they let me sit on their lap. I love to give big kisses on the mouth and enjoy big hugs. Going for walks is so much fun and I only potty outside but don't like to be in a crate. This summer I graduated from a two week training program at All Dogs Unleashed and they even said my family can call anytime for help for the rest of my life.
I like to get a lot of attention so I would be happiest being an only pet. I definitely don't get along with cats... they think they know everything. I can't wait to share all of my love and smiles with my forever family.
Olaf is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.

Adopting from The Love Pit means gaining a family member. It means gaining a network of pit bull advocates, ready to support you and provide you with all of the resources we can. Most importantly, adopting from The Love Pit saves lives. When you adopt, you're saving the life of your own dog, opening space in their foster home for another shelter dog in need, and creating space in the shelter kennel for a dog whose life would have otherwise been on the line. Your thanks for all the good you've done? Lots of love and pit bull kisses to enjoy for years to come.
