Introducing Gomez, an adorable 10-month-old American Foxhound/Chinese Crested mix with a unique Foxl3 hairless gene. He will never shed! 😍 Gomez is already crate trained and is showing great progress with house training. He eagerly awaits your arrival home and has a slight habit of getting overly excited, but he quickly settles down. Gomez is an overall calm and well-behaved companion, who loves nothing more than snuggling up with his person on the sofa to watch television. He is incredibly friendly towards cats and other dogs, making him a great fit for multi-pet households. However, due to his exuberant nature, it's recommended that he be placed in a home with older children to prevent any accidental knocks or bumps with toddlers. Gomez is neutered, microchipped, and UTD on vaccinations. He is ready to bring joy and love to his new forever home! ❤️
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
