My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Everett is our little miracle boy. He came to us at 3 weeks old with an open wound filled with maggots close to his tail. We jumped into action and gave some capstar that killed all of the maggots and our vet assessed him and thank God there was no damage done to any internal organs. At first we weren’t sure if he was going to keep his tail but we worked and worked and not only did the wound heal with minimal scarring but his tail was able to be saved.

He has a new lease on life and is so full of energy and purrs and cuddles.

He is ready for adoption anytime after 9/15/24

Adoption is $150.00 which includes his spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. To fill out an application for this animal or a general application click HERE.

All animals are up to date on age appropriate shots, microchipped and fixed. To meet one of our animals we require an approved application. You can fill one out at https://tobyscrittercoverescue.org/adoptionapp/

More about this rescue

Toby’s Critter Cove Rescue was established in 2020, the year that everything seems to be falling apart. Our one glimmer of hope was starting a passionate program rescuing animals in Summit and surrounding counties. Our motto, no paw left behind, which we live and breathe to ensure no animal goes unloved or uncared for. Our goal is to educate not only our volunteers, but also the community about responsible animal ownership. In addition, offering a varied level of support structures to ensure the most positive home placement for all our critters.
