My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cuayahoga is a 4 month old puppy with a stunning brindle coat and an adorable black and pink nose that will steal your heart! This little guy is the definition of a snuggle bug—cuddling is his favorite thing, and he takes it very seriously. Cuayahoga has a bit of puppy energy but truly loves his naps, making him the perfect balance of playful and calm. He’s also great with kids, dogs, and even cats!
Though he may have been the runt of the litter, Cuayahoga is expected to grow into a medium-sized pup and is ready to share his love with a family who enjoys snuggles as much as he does!

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.

Submit Application

Approve Application

We perform vet and landlord checks if necessary and will contact you if your application is approved.

3.
Meet the Pet

If approved, a volunteer will bring the dog to your home for a meet & greet and home check.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the adoption representative and you agree the dog is a good fit for your family, you will complete the adoption contract and pay the fee.

As a network of foster homes, we do not have a "shelter location". We do hold meet and greet events each month at various locations where you can meet our precious pitties. Otherwise, meet and greets are only available with an approved application and home visit.
