My name is Darcy!

Meet Darcy, our delightful Coonhound mix! Unlike most Coonhounds, Darcy is the quiet companion. She has a gentle temperament and adores snuggles, treats (especially cucumbers, carrots, biscuits, and ice cubes), and leisurely walks. Darcy is incredibly polite, never snatching treats from your hand and always accepting them gently, even if she's not the best at catching.

She's crate trained, knows how to "sit" and understands the word 'no'. Darcy is also house trained, though she might give you a judging side-eye when she's in trouble. Darcy is a power chewer so keep that in mind when you shop for toys. She would thrive in a home with plenty of space and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids. Just be prepared for her to occasionally think she's a lap dog!
