Applecrisp is ready to go! This boy will melt your heart with his endearing scruffy face and loving personality. He adores being outside and particularly enjoys spending time with people. If he had to choose between toys, treats, and being with people, this boy would not hesitate! He is a people dog through and through! Between zoomie sessions and rolling around in the grass, Applecrisp likes to check in by giving gentle hugs and kisses. He is such a tender heart. Our adoption center is located at 575 Woodland Avenue in Madison, New Jersey. We are open for adoption on a walk-in basis daily 1:30-6 pm (Thursdays 3-6 pm). If you arrive after 5:30, there is a possibility we may not be able to complete an adoption that day. Please note that we cannot put animals on hold.

St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. It operates animal shelters in Madison, North Branch and Ledgewood, New Jersey and one of the largest professional dog training and behavior centers in the country at its Madison campus. Humane Education and community outreach assistance are among its programs offered to the community. St. Hubert’s also provides animal control services by contract in several municipalities in proximity to the shelters.
