Meet Logan!! This sweet boy was found as a stray in Mississippi. He was so skinny and of course was heartworm positive. Once we saw this handsome boys under bite and smile, Fetching Hearts Rescue knew we had to help him. Logan has been treated for Heartworm and is all cleared. He is healthy and happy now.
Logan is looking for a family or a person to be his bestie. He loves his humans and loves to cuddle with them. We would recommend older kids just because of his size. He is a big guy who doesn't always know his size. Logan, will is working on his leah walking. He does best in a harness when walking. Logan would love to go to classes with you to learn his commands as he loves to please his humans. He is crate trained and almost 100% housebroken. Logan is a smart cookie. He would love a fenced yard to run around with you and play ball or even go on a hike. He needs to stay busy with his bene bones or other types of bones to chew. Logan will also chill on the couch when he wants to hang out as well.
Don't miss out on this handsome boy!!! He deserves his best friends!!! Logan deserves nothing but the best and his true forever friend or family. He cannot wait to make amazing memories with you.

More about this rescue
Fetching Hearts Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer run rescue that is dedicated to saving dogs who have been abused, neglected or abandoned and finding loving, caring homes for them.
We rely on a network of foster families so that each dog that we pull into the safety of our rescue is placed in a foster home and is no longer confined to a life in a kennel.
We are committed to helping dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes by partnering with shelters and animal control services right here in Connecticut as well as with several high kill shelters in the South.
We do a full assessment of each dog's temperament and health to ensure that we are able to find the most suitable home for them. Every dog is fully vetted - meaning they are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and micro chipped - before being adopted.
The ASPCA estimates that approximately 3.3 million dogs in the United States enter shelters each year, of which approximately 670,000 are euthanized*. Our goal is to advocate for and provide education about the need for spaying and neutering to eliminate what has become an epidemic of unwanted dogs.*
