Delilah was brought by animal control after being confiscated from her own. She wasn't treated well and she was very scared and uncertain about humans in general when she first arrived. Delilah has since discovered that people can be loving and kind. She has come so far just in the short time that she has been here. Delilah just needs a little time and love and she will be the most loyal companion. Please consider this sweet girl.

Additional adoption info

Animals have to be spayed or neutered prior to leaving the shelter. This is covered completely by the adoption fee if the adopter uses one of our local approved vets. If the adopter wants to have the spay/neuter done by a different vet, AWOL will pay a portion of the cost. All animals leaving prior to being spayed/neutered require a deposit that will be returned to the adopter after proof of spay/neuter.
