My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Beans, a young pup full of life and energy. His playful nature makes every day an adventure, as he loves to explore his surroundings, chase after toys, and engage in a friendly game of tug-of-war. Beans is not just playful, he`s also friendly. He loves meeting new people and making friends, both human and canine. He`s always eager to greet you with a wagging tail and a friendly bark. But Beans is also independent. He`s content to entertain himself when you`re busy, and doesn`t mind spending some time alone. He`s the perfect balance of fun and self-sufficiency. Beans is looking for a home where he can continue to grow, play, and learn. He would make a great addition to any family looking for a loyal friend and a playful companion. Adopt Beans and let his joy and energy brighten your life.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
