Hello! my name is Windermere! I'm a female short haired brown tabby and white kitty. I was born to a feral mama on a cottage farm near Canon City, CO. I've been handled since coming into Wild Blue Cats and am well socialized thanks to my foster parents. I have what my foster mom calls "resting angry face" but don't let that fool you, I'm a bit shy but love lots of petting and belly rubs. It takes a little bit to hold me but if you move slow I'll purr and snuggle. I'm learning how to play with toys and things with movement like wand toys work well to get me playing. Slow movement and start in a small space without hiding spots will help me feel comfortable faster I was a colony kitty so I would do best with a friend to go home with or if you have another cat already at home. I have been around other kitties and will need time to learn how to interact. I have not had any contact with dogs or childern. Introductions with any other pets should follow WBCats instructions and be slow and gradual. I am up to date on my vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV. I have had my vet exam, been dewormed, and been microchipped and neutered. Please note: kittens may NOT be adopted as a Barn Cat nor be outdoors unsupervised as they are too young to know how to protect themselves
