My name is Huntly!

"Hi there, I'm Huntly! I'm a handsome black-and-white DMH gentleman, born around August 13, 2014, and I'm here looking for my perfect forever home. My siblings and I recently came to Wild Blue because our loving elderly owner was no longer able to care for us. I have a very small white mustache and faint paint brush stroke of white on my nose. Because I have a lot of fur, I need to be brushed regularly. I'm super sweet and absolutely LOVE being brushed. You can pet and brush me pretty much anywhere--even on my belly! I might not be a lap cat, but don't worry, I'll still be sitting right by your side. I like to walk across your lap and hang out right next to you, soaking up all the love and attention you have to offer. I'm the kind of kitty who craves companionship. I'll come up to you and demand a few pets (or a lot!). I just want to be loved and to give that love right back. I am looking for a more calm and quiet home as that is what I am used to. I would enjoy the company of older kids (12+ years) who will treat me gently and kindly. I've seen the vet to get some help with my ears and teeth, and I am recuperating nicely. Also, I come from a multi cat household, so I have a lot of experience in how to co-exist peacefully. If you have other gentle cats or a peaceful dog it is important to introduce us slowly following Wild Blue's instructions.
